CASE STUDY: MGM Resorts - M life Rewards
The Project
MGM owns over ten properties. To galvanize repeat visits and more revenue generated by customers at their respective hotels, they introduced the M life loyalty points program. We created and built the websites that promoted and tracked the points generated by staying and using the facilities at all of their properties. Not only did the site pull in traffic, but the retention program soared and is a vital marketing and sales tool for the company.
